ORDERING PRODUCT

Branding Time is a custom imprint sportswear company, so we do not carry inventory (per se) that you can just click and order.  We pride ourselves on our quality and working closely with our clients to produce exactly what they need.  We generally service local clients who come to the store to work with us on what they want.  We have done things across the country, working with specific organizations.  We have other companies we are launching under our Branding Time, LLC Brand that will have specific niche product lines available on-line - STAY TUNED.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Generally, we do not do much shipping because we are working locally with our clients.  However,  in the case where we need to ship to you,  we will let you know what will be those options and costs.

 

NO RETURNS

Since we are doing custom work, we cannot allow any returns.  However, if a product is done incorrectly or damaged we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER PROGRESS

When you place your order, we will give you an estimated date/timeframe when you can pickup your items.   If we complete it ahead of time, we will contact you.  If for any reason your order will be delayed, we will contact you ahead of time to discuss.
